Electrical insulation cardboards in plates

LLC "Serpukhovskaya Bumaga" offers from warehouse electrical insulation cardboards in sheets as per GOST 4194-88 and IEC 60641-3-1 for production of insulation parts in transformers and equipment with oil filling.

Sulfate coniferous unbleached cellulose grade EКB used as a raw material for production of insulation cardboards, and provide required strength of cardboards, chemical purity, and resistance to electrical voltage.

GOST 4194-88

Grade "А" - is used for the manufacture of insulation parts for transformers and equipment with voltage up to 750 kV. It works in an oil environment at temperatures of up to 105C.

Thickness: 1 - 4 mm.

Formats:2000 х 3000 mm, 1020 х 1500 mm.

Features:: it has high flexural strength; it can withstand a voltage up to 750kV; it is a "soft" cardboard, its density is 0.9-1.0 g/cm3; it is produced from sulfate pulp, it has better oil absorption (up to 35%).

Electrical insulating cardboard
GOST 4194-88

Grade "B" – It is the cardboard of high electrical density that used in production of main insulation parts transformers with voltage up to 220 kV, for parts of surge and yoke insulation and glued parts for transformers of all voltage classes and for insulation in other equipment with oil filling.

Thickness: 1 - 7 mm.

Formats:3000 × 4000 mm, 2000 х 3000 mm, 1020 х 1500 mm.

Особенности:it is the cardboard with medium volume weight of 1.0-1.15 g/cm3. At present time, this is the most popular type of insulating cardboard, which used for manufacture of power transformers and other similar equipment.
